Responsibilities
Roles + Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may vary, but in general a Project Coordinator will:
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information with collaborators.
- Liaise with collaborators to help identify and define objectives, motivation, and scope, all while providing regular updates and support.
- Build and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Prepare project proposals, roadmaps, and schedules.
- Manage resource allocation and assignment across multiple verticals.
- Manage PMO project backlog including stage exits, meeting cadences, and communication distribution lists.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
- Create and update dashboards, report and present on findings.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, eliminating blockers.
- Ensure NPO process and methodology standards and requirements are met.
- Ensure resources and equipment are always available.
- Understand formal blocking issue and review processes.
- Provide support to the team and Cloud Ops leaders when requested.
Objective Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for the Project Coordinator position, the Objective Minimum Qualifications (OMQs) below must be met.
Please ensure that your application clearly indicates in these OMQs:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, an Engineering subject area, or equivalent by August 2025.
- Have no more than 12 months of professional full-time work experience in the technology field (excluding internships, research and/or teaching assistant roles, and military experience).
- Have graduated within 12 months of start date.
- Strong understanding of Information Technology Systems, services, and security.
- Knowledge of project management practices and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Prince 2, etc.).
- Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Solid written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical staff.
- Ability to work in a frequently ambiguous environment and collaborate across multiple organizations to achieve common objective.
- Reside in the United States and/or attend a university in the US.
- Able to obtain work authorization in the US in 2024/2025.

US: Hiring Range: from $24.57 - $48.08 per hour; from $51,100 - $100,000 per year. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

- Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

- Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
