At Tecsys, the software we deliver keeps hospitals, pharmacies and distributors supplied with what they need, when they need it. Every role here connects to that outcome.
Why This Role Matters
As a Technology & Architecture Solution Consultant, you will join a team at the heart of how Tecsys earns customer trust by connecting our security, cloud, AI, and technology capabilities with customer needs.
You’ll engage directly with customer security teams, IT leaders, architects, and executives to discuss cloud architecture, cybersecurity, privacy, AI governance, and resilience, working alongside Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Management, and Security. You’ll translate complex technical concepts into clear business value, turning security and technology conversations from procurement hurdles into opportunities to build trust. Your work will help customers confidently evaluate Tecsys as a strategic technology partner and support company growth.
What You’ll Be Part Of
Tecsys is trusted by mission-critical organizations in healthcare and distribution to power resilient, efficient and secure supply chains. We are a global provider of cloud-based AI-driven software, publicly traded on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: TCS).
Three values guide how we work. We earn trust daily by valuing the customer and acting with integrity. We build each other up by recognizing individual strengths and working as one team. And we explore boldly by staying curious and adapting for success.
You’ll join a culture driven by curiosity, continuous learning, and people who challenge what’s possible.
What You’ll Do

- Support the sales process as part of the pre-sales team, contributing technical and security expertise to prospect conversations, proposals, and RFP responses to help win and grow customer relationships.
- Coordinate responses to customer security assessments, vendor risk reviews, and technical due diligence requests, working with internal security, infrastructure, product, legal, and compliance teams to keep answers accurate and timely.
- Act as a point of contact for customer security and trust-related inquiries, explaining security controls and practices in terms that are clear and relevant to each customer.
- Contribute to customer facing trust, security, and privacy materials, and identify recurring customer concerns to improve trust content and messaging with Product Management, Marketing, and Security.
- Ability to travel occasionally, up to 20% depending on location.
