Talent Advisor
Due to extensive growth, Maxor National Pharmacy Services is now hiring for a Talent Advisor to join the Maxor Pharmacy Management Service/Pharmacy Operations team. This is a remote position preferably located in the Central, Mountain or Pacific time zones.
JOB SUMMARY
The Talent Advisor is a business partner to the hiring leaders in an assigned business unit (or set of business units) bringing an eye for talent and a disciplined skill for targeting, attracting and closing candidates for positions with the company. The Talent Advisor seeks to cultivate talent pipelines for job families in their assigned business lines so that business requirements for talent are met with well-suited talent. The talent advisor develops and implements strategies to source qualified, diverse candidates to meet position requirements from internal, external, and/or referral candidate pools. This position meaningfully contributes to Maxor achieving our business goals through enabling and executing critical talent matches for the company.

Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation. This document in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by the employee occupying this position):
Manage the full recruiting life cycle for all open positions both internally and externally.
Communicate openly and pro-actively with the hiring leaders in assigned business unit to develop projected talent demand forecasts, sufficiently allowing the talent advisor to plan and execute sourcing strategies ahead of business need to the extent foreseeable.
Create, lead and implement strategies to identify, attract and hire top-quality talent. Bring forth external talent marketplace insights to HR leadership and Hiring Leader community for evaluation and decision-making.
Pro-actively cultivate, build and maintain an ongoing pipeline of qualified talent for key job families in assigned business units.
Actively source candidates from various job-boards, networks, websites and social media platforms.
Take the lead on researching new sourcing strategies.
Stay on top of recruiting, sourcing, hiring and retention trends, including training.
Develop and maintain all internal and external job postings, including postings to support immigration processes.
Advise and coach hiring managers and interviewers on hiring practices and candidate selection.
Work with hiring managers and stakeholders to assess future and current staffing needs.
Create and maintain job descriptions and updates.
Provide insight on compensation and competitive wages.
Plan, schedule and lead recruiting meetings with primary stakeholders, as needed.
Monitor and maintain applicant and candidate files.
Partner with the SVP of Human Resources on various recruiting and hiring initiatives and projects, as well as, collaborate with other stakeholders on various hiring, recruiting and retention-related projects.
Resolves problems or determines an appropriate course of action in a timely manner.
Oversee placement of job postings (internal, job boards, newspapers, etc), resume and application collection and initial review.
Conduct phone and/or preliminary interviews. Coordinate final interview schedules with appropriate managers.
Comply with all federal and state laws and company policies regarding recruitment and selection processes.
Develop creative sourcing methods to expand visibility and network for potential candidates in a highly-competitive market and industry. Stay aware of cost-effective strategies that reduce dependency on external recruiters and minimize costs of placement fees.
Prepare necessary business correspondence, including responses to applicants.
Follow-up with all candidates or managers on our hiring decisions.
Maintain extensive applicant tracking database.
Develop job descriptions for new positions or update descriptions as required in order to ensure job postings are accurate.
Maintain good relationships with area schools and coordinate on-campus presentations and interviews as needed.
Act as liaison with area employment agencies, prepare and liaison with advertising agencies, liaison with temporary agencies, record status of authorized positions within the company.
Maintain extensive employee database to ensure EEO-1 and Affirmative Action Plan data are up-to-date and accurate.
Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program.
Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
Complete required training, as assigned, within the established time-frames.
Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field preferred or extensive related experience in lieu. HRCI/SHRM Certification preferred.
Experience:
- 5+ years of prior full cycle recruiting experience with a track record of hiring a variety of levels of staff (front line service, technical, professional and managerial). Recruiting experience in the health care services and pharmacy industry job families preferred.
