Pay: Hourly Pay starting at $46 per hour (Negotiable based on years of experience)
Schedule: 37.5 Hours Per Week

Birmingham, Alabama, to hire a dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This is an exciting opportunity to work with students across
elementary, middle, and high school while making a meaningful impact on their communication and academic success.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible Alabama SLP license.
- Alabama Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
