Job Description: Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our dynamic clinical team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in the execution of Phase I-IV single or multi-center clinical studies, ensuring compliance with Federal Regulations and ICH guidelines. This position offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with senior staff and contribute to advancing clinical research efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior staff in planning and conducting clinical studies, including designing Case Report Forms (CRFs), selecting and managing Contract Research Organizations (CROs), and identifying and training investigator sites.
- Organize and facilitate study meetings, evaluate potential investigators, and manage their training and selection.
- Draft basic study protocols, oversee investigational site monitoring to ensure protocol compliance, and manage patient enrollment and data collection processes.
- Process CRFs, perform data cleanup and classification, and contribute to the completion of study summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assemble and submit study documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in clinical research or a related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Knowledge of clinical trial processes and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
