Job Description Summary
The Senior Analyst, Commercial Data Strategy and Architecture would assist with overall data architecture and strategy in support of Commercial data operations and omnichannel digital marketing. This Sr. Analyst will partner and support the Associate Director, Commercial Data Strategy and Architecture to develop and deploy data operations solutions with a key focus on automation and internalizing key work streams. This role will also assist the Commercial Data and Digital Enablement team with meeting the needs of Endo’s Sales Teams by creating and\or running operational activities.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Developing queries and analysis in support of data accuracy for storing and reporting of Commercial data such as IQVIA, SP, SD, Title for Commercial data and marketing activity, website activity and other data sources for Omnichannel that meets the needs of all commercial stakeholders
- Maintain automated data quality monitoring processes that takes advantage of machine learning and other statistical techniques to quickly identify and correct data issues
- Assist with documentation of data architecture and identify and deploy systems improvements with a focus on increased efficiencies
- Assist with various operational activities in support of Commercial Operations
This role contributes to the creation of SQL and other methods to analyze Commercial data. This role will support the design of new systems and processes as the organization grows and the Omnichannel capability is built.
The successful candidate must have the necessary skills and focus needed to work with a variety of data and understand the use of data within the Commercial organization. This person will analyze complex data and assist with operational activities. A data scientist background is strongly preferred.

Job Description
Data Quality
- Understand the use of Commercial data across teams, brands and vendors
- Develop tools and queries to support data quality
- Work with the Associate Director, Data Architecture and other Commercial data team members to design quality checks on existing and new data coming into Endo’s ecosystem
- Create automated processes that use statistical techniques to quickly identify data issues and address them to minimize impact on marketing and sales reporting
- Develop ad hoc queries to assist with data investigations and other inquiries with Commercial and Omnichannel data
- Analyze and communicate trends in data and other findings in order to drive continuous improvement

- Supports a consistent view of Commercial data and metrics across groups such as agencies and I&A
- Defines consistent metrics where applicable across Dashboards, Ad Hoc reports and other uses of data (e.g. Unique Open Rate or Missing Vials)

- Assist with operational activities such as sending reports or queries to other team members
- Determine ways to streamline operational activities and assist with development of these

Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Assist with collaboration with Endo IT/Sales Ops/Commercial Data/Brand teams and external partners to drive consistency.
- Collaborate with other members of the Commercial Data and Omnichannel teams to assist with queries and target lists

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Statistics/Math, Computer Science, Engineering or data analytics related field; advanced degree highly preferred.
- Master’s Degree preferred.
- Experience with Sales and Commercial data is required
- 2+ years’ work experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Experience successfully evaluating and implementing processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Commercial Pharmaceutical processes and regulations
- Strong knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau and Snowflake
- Expertise in programming languages such as SQL, SAS and R, along with ETL processes and data warehousing platforms
Skills & Abilities
- Ability to develop SQL queries and other processes to evaluate data
