About The Role

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and statistical software (e.g., R, Python).
- Experience working with manufacturing data or in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Programming experience in Python or R for advanced data analysis and automation.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze manufacturing data from various sources including production equipment, sensors, and enterprise systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production efficiency, quality, and downtime.
- Identify patterns, anomalies, and root causes of manufacturing issues through statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design experiments and pilot projects aimed at process optimization and defect reduction.
- Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and detailed reports to support decision-making.
