Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for a
Manufacturing Quality Specialist role, working
fully onsite. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing nonconforming materials in a manufacturing environment, ensuring quality standards are maintained, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage nonconformance documentation and ensure timely disposition of nonconforming materials.
- Chair nonconformance meetings to drive resolutions and improvements.
- Perform transactions related to nonconforming parts and ensure proper packaging.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement quality improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience Minimum: Preference for candidates with manufacturing quality experience. However, highly motivated and sharp college graduates with no prior experience but a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Education: Open to candidates with a degree and a strong work ethic, including recent graduates.

Shift Details
- Initial training on 1st shift: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Transition to 2nd shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (8 hours daily).
