Summary
In this role, you will regularly analyze and cleanse item master and product data for subscribers to the Data Management Platform. You will also conduct advanced analyses, research, and reporting to identify solutions to complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Manage data integrity of product master ensuring master data is accurate and complete.
- Perform data quality audits for medical coding data, identify potential data issues, conduct research, and make the necessary changes to ensure the data is reflected correctly in the systems.
- Provide accurate data and meet contractual turnaround times for daily customer requests.
- Share medical coding expertise with internal and external audiences.
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure data integrity, quality, and standards are followed.
Qualifications
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 2 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience analyzing large, complex data sets required.
- Experience with medical coding including HCPCS & revenue codes required.
- AHIMA or AAPC medical coding certification highly desired.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage time across multiple tasks working individually or as a member of a cross-functional team.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and customer service skills preferred.
Estimated Hiring Range
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $51,900.00 to $82,900.00.
This position is also incentive eligible.
