About The Role
The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by actively engaging with potential and existing customers across various territories within the United States. The representative will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and providing post-sale support. Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in field sales or outside sales, preferably within a similar industry.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel within assigned sales territories.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals within assigned territories.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and product development to ensure customer needs are met and feedback is communicated.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product updates to provide knowledgeable insights to customers.
