The platform enables the managementand delivery of elevated tenant experiences withing commercial spaces, via:WorkCafe Tenant App; Facilitates simple engagement withbuilding spaces, amenities, visitor management, service ticketing, events, andmoreWorkCafe Concierge: Facilitates space/amenity management,visitor security, service ticket review, and tenant communications for buildingproperty managersBacked by Yardi, WorkCafe is integrated into the Commercialsuite of productsWe're hiring our first dedicated outbound Senior AccountExecutive to build and close net-new enterprise business. You'll own the fullsales cycle with corporate occupiers, selling to Operations, PropertyManagement, and Technology leadership at building owners and operators.Pipeline will come from engaging with Yardi's existing commercial customerbase, direct outbound prospecting, industry events, and partner referrals. Thisis a hunting role where you'll open doors, run multi-stakeholder deal cycles,and land the accounts that define WorkCafe's growth in its first year on themarket.What You'll Do:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close withUS based office owner + operators
Strategically engage with Yardi's commercial customer baseto add WorkCafe to their suite of solution
Work cross functionally with existing Yardi account ownersand services teams to customize the pitch for WorkCafe into existing customeraccounts
Run multi-stakeholder sales cycles across Technology,Property Management, and Operations, adjusting the pitch to each stakeholder'spriorities.
Position WorkCafe as a replacement for fragmented propertymanagement, tenant communications, amenity management, and visitor managementsystems
Represent WorkCafe at industry conferences and events.Events are a primary channel for reaching our buyers, not an afterthought.
Execute pre-event outreach, on-site demos, and post-eventfollow-up to convert event contacts into qualified pipeline.
Develop and execute territory and account plans focused ontarget industries and core US markets.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Customer Success, andthe BDR team to refine messaging, sharpen competitive positioning, and feedmarket intelligence back into the product.Who You Are:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field,or an equivalent combination of
education and experience
Seven (7) years of successful sales experience in thetechnology or software industry
Proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals
Deep understanding of enterprise sales strategy and accountplanning
Strong executive presence and influencing skills
Expertise leading negotiations and managing competingpriorities
Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members
Proven capability to operate with a proactive, strategicmindset, demonstrating a high degree of
autonomy, initiative, and self-direction
Yardi domain experience
Industry experience in property management
Knowledge of accounting principlesIdeal to Have:
Experience in commercial real estate technology. Bonuspoints for taking a product from 0-1
Existing relationships with commercial real estate owners +operators
Familiarity with the tenant engagement and propertymanagement technology space
Understanding of enterprise procurement processes,IT/security vetting, and stakeholder mapping in larger organizations.
Experience at a growth-stage product within a largerenterprise platform or post-acquisition environment.Real Estate runs on Yardi.
