Inmar Intelligence is seeking an Associate, Client Success Manager – Retail Media to support the execution and growth of retail media programs across our Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) client portfolio.
This role is designed for an early-career professional who is ready to build deeper expertise in retail media, client success, and data-driven marketing. The Associate CSM will work closely with Client Success leaders, Sales, Media Operations, Analytics, and other cross-functional partners to support clients throughout the campaign lifecycle—from planning and activation through optimization, reporting, and post-campaign insights.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, curious, analytical, and client-focused, with a foundational understanding of digital advertising, retail media, shopper marketing, or account management. This individual should be comfortable working with data, managing multiple priorities, communicating with clients and internal teams, and taking increasing ownership as their knowledge and experience grow.
Client & Campaign Support
Support the day-to-day management and execution of retail media campaigns across assigned clients
Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal handoffs to help ensure accurate and timely execution
Partner with Client Success Managers and cross-functional teams to support campaign launches, optimizations, and reporting
Monitor campaign progress and performance, escalating risks or issues when appropriate
Assist with client communications, status updates, meeting preparation, and follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation of client priorities, campaign decisions, action items, and next steps
Develop increasing ownership of client and campaign responsibilities as experience and expertise grow
Retail Media Strategy & Planning
Support the development of media recommendations aligned with client objectives and campaign goals
Assist with audience, channel, and activation recommendations using available shopper, retail, and behavioral insights
Develop familiarity with retail media channels, platforms, audiences, and measurement approaches
Support proposal development and RFP responses by gathering data, insights, and relevant recommendations
Research client categories, competitive activity, and retail media trends to inform planning
Partner with senior team members to translate client objectives into actionable media plans
Performance, Reporting & Insights
Monitor campaign performance and help identify trends, risks, and opportunities
Support development of client-facing campaign reporting, Wrap decks, QBRs, and other performance materials
Analyze campaign results across key metrics such as ROAS, sales impact, attribution, and incrementality
Help translate campaign data into clear insights and recommendations for clients
Partner with Analytics and Media teams to ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations
Build the ability to connect campaign results to broader client business objectives
Client Relationships
Build strong working relationships with client contacts and agency partners
Participate in client meetings and contribute to campaign updates, reporting discussions, and planning conversations
Respond to client questions and requests in partnership with the broader Client Success team
Develop an understanding of client business objectives, priorities, and challenges
Proactively identify questions, needs, or potential opportunities and bring them to the appropriate team member
Build toward greater ownership of client relationships as experience and capabilities develop
Revenue & Growth Support
Develop an understanding of how Client Success contributes to client retention, expansion, and revenue growth
Help identify signals that may indicate additional client needs or media opportunities
Surface potential upsell, cross-sell, or expansion opportunities to Client Success and Sales partners
Support renewal and expansion conversations through strong execution, reporting, and performance storytelling
Build knowledge of Inmar's broader capabilities and how they can address client business needs
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional experience in retail media, digital media, advertising, shopper marketing, customer success, account management, client services, marketing, or a related field
Foundational understanding of digital advertising and/or retail media
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort working with data and performance metrics
Ability to interpret information and communicate key takeaways clearly
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality execution
Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Curiosity and willingness to learn new platforms, technologies, and media concepts
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting retail media, shopper marketing, digital advertising, or CPG clients
Familiarity with retail media ecosystems and platforms such as Walmart Connect, Kroger Precision Marketing, Instacart, Amazon Ads, or similar platforms
Exposure to campaign performance metrics such as ROAS, attribution, sales lift, and incrementality
Experience developing client-facing presentations or performance reports
Experience working with brand, agency, retailer, or enterprise client teams
Familiarity with programmatic, social, influencer, or omnichannel media
