About the Role
We are seeking a Sr. Master Scheduler to lead end-to-end production planning for assigned products, from demand planning through customer shipment. This role plays a critical part in balancing customer service, inventory, capacity, and operational efficiency while driving continuous improvement across supply chain planning processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage production plans to meet customer demand and service level targets.
- Lead capacity and inventory planning to optimize operational performance.
- Own and improve MRP/MPS planning systems, master data, and scheduling processes.
- Partner cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Commercial teams to drive execution and resolve supply challenges.
- Provide data-driven analysis and scenario planning to support S&OP and business decisions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on automation, standardization, and process excellence.
- Mentor and support schedulers while serving as a subject matter expert for planning systems and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of supply chain, planning, scheduling, or operations experience.
- Strong knowledge of MRP/MPS systems (SAP preferred).
- APICS certification preferred.
- Proven analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate across functions and drive results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
