Role Highlights:
Prepare custom sterile and non-sterile formulations per prescriber specifications.
Supervise compounding technicians and conduct final verification checks.
Oversee cleanroom upkeep, environmental monitoring logs, and equipment calibration.
Ensure complete compliance with USP guidelines and Tennessee Board regulations.
Key Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered Tennessee Pharmacist License.
Pharm.D. or B.S. in Pharmacy.
1–2 years of compounding experience preferred (strong USP knowledge required).
PCCA, ACA, or sterile training certifications are a major plus.
