**School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Full-Time | Early Intervention**
We're seeking a passionate **Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)** to join a supportive school district in a full-time, onsite role serving young learners. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a lasting impact during the critical early years of communication development.
Position Details
- **Schedule:** Full-time
- **Setting:** School-based
- **Student Population:** Early Intervention through 1st Grade (ages 3–1st grade)
Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services
- Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
- Develop and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and district guidelines
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license (or ability to obtain)
- Experience completing IEPs and comprehensive assessments is required
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- **SLPAs will not be considered for this position**
