Rx relief is seeking an experienced, high-caliber
Interim Director of Pharmacy (DOP) / Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Consultant for an acute care healthcare facility near West Palm Beach, FL. This position offers a steady daytime schedule with zero weekend shifts and full on-site staff training on facility software.
Core Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive pharmacy leadership and operational oversight.
- Lead upcoming The Joint Commission (TJC) survey preparations scheduled for this fall.
- Work and manage Corporate Performance Assessments (CPA).
- Oversee pharmacy policy development, implementation, and compliance.
- Manage 340B program oversight across facility operations.
- Provide limited operational staffing support when necessary (pharmacy technicians typically handle sterile compounding workflows).
Position Requirements- Licensure: Active, unencumbered Florida Pharmacist License AND Florida Consultant Pharmacist License (both required).
- Experience: 3+ years of pharmacy management experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
- Clinical Skills: Inpatient operations, IV/sterile compounding knowledge, and TJC regulatory standards expertise.
- Dress Code: Normal business attire.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $176,800.00 Per Year
