What We’re Looking For
- Active Delaware SLPA license required
- Relevant experience in school-based or healthcare settings as an SLPA
- A passion for working with younger children, from preschool through elementary
- Ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and school staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Providing direct therapy and support to students under the supervision of an SLP
- Assisting with screenings, documentation, and progress monitoring
- Collaborating with teachers and special education teams to integrate therapy into daily activities
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to student progress reports
- Participating in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences
- Helping create a positive, encouraging, and inclusive environment for children
