Key Duties
Manage complex pharmacotherapy plans and oversee pharmacokinetic dosing protocols.

Requirements
Education: Pharm.D. required.
Experience: PGY1 Residency (PGY2 preferred) OR 3+ years of clinical specialist experience.
Licensure: Active Tennessee Pharmacist License.
Certifications: BCPS preferred; active BLS/ACLS required for inpatient settings.
