Summary
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Entry-Level Biomedical/Technology Support Specialist to join our team on an 8–12-month contract, with the potential for extension or conversion to a full-time position based on performance. This is an excellent opportunity for recent college graduates looking to launch their careers in the medical device industry.
- Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management of field events and qualitative data related to an advanced heart pump medical device.
- Review, organize, and maintain product and patient information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Perform data entry, documentation, and administrative support activities using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ensure timely processing and tracking of information while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational and product-related activities.
- Effectively prioritize tasks and manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced, computer-based work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biomedical Sciences, Life Sciences, Technology, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Recent graduates with internship, capstone project, or relevant academic experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–2 years of professional or academic experience will be considered.
- A background in Biomedical disciplines is highly desirable and offers opportunities for future career growth within the organization.
- Candidates with degrees in Technology or other Science-related fields are also encouraged to apply.
