Overview

Key Accountabilities
- Lead and support research and development projects for diagnostic assay products.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to solve technical challenges.
- Interpret data and translate research findings into product development opportunities.
- Serve as a technical expert and mentor junior team members.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations, and project updates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve scientific and business goals.
- Support process improvements and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- PhD in a field related to essential duties; or Master’s degree in a related field and 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of PhD; or Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of PhD.
- Experience designing and conducting complex experiments.
- Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and scientific communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
