Summary
Detail-oriented and customer-focused Production Clerk with experience supporting planning and production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Proven ability to manage data entry, maintain accurate production records, and coordinate work orders while providing responsive support to internal teams and customers. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a commitment to accuracy and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and reconcile production data across legacy systems and JD Edwards ERP, ensuring data integrity and timely updates.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets tracking production metrics, inventory levels, and order status.
- Prepare and organize production packets (jackets) and work orders to support efficient machine scheduling and workflow.
- Process outbound UPS shipments and coordinate logistics to ensure timely delivery.
- Support inventory management by conducting and assisting with cycle counts and resolving discrepancies.
- Generate Change Notices to reflect updates, revisions, or cancellations based on sales and customer requests.
- Serve as a point of contact for internal teams (sales, customer service, production) to provide updates on order status, timelines, and changes.
- Assist in addressing customer inquiries, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution of issues related to production and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and maintain high service standards.
- Take on additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned to support overall plant efficiency.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience with ERP systems is a plus
