Key Qualifications
- Texas Educator License with Special Education and Core/Generalist Endorsements is required.
- Proven experience participating in Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings; comfortable actively contributing to discussions and planning.
- Strong understanding of legal compliance and documentation for special education services.

Primary Responsibilities
- Provide individualized and group instruction to students in special education programs.
- Regularly attend and play an active role in ARD meetings to ensure educational goals are met.
- Develop, implement, and adjust Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with students, families, and colleagues.
- Maintain thorough and timely records according to school and state requirements.
