JOB DESCRIPTION
Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing Communications, the Sr. Graphic Designer is responsible for the development and execution of creative solutions that support corporate marketing objectives and strengthen the company's global brand presence. This role is responsible for delivering impactful, high-quality creative solutions that support corporate objectives, drive brand consistency, and enhance customer engagement across all marketing channels.
The Sr. Graphic Designer creative workflows and operational processes and ensures the successful delivery of marketing initiatives from concept through completion. The role combines creative direction, brand stewardship, digital content management, multimedia production, and project leadership while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and external creative partners if required. The position serves as a key resource for delivering high-quality marketing communications across print, digital, web, video, events, and emerging media platforms. The role serves as the organization's primary creative resource for the development of visual communications across digital, web, multimedia, events, packaging, and print channels while ensuring consistent brand execution globally.
Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Brand Management
- Serve as the guardian of the corporate brand, ensuring consistent application of brand standards across all internal and external communications.
- Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines, design systems, templates, and creative playbooks.
- Partner with Marketing leadership and key stakeholders to translate business objectives into compelling visual communications.
- Drive creative excellence while ensuring alignment with corporate strategy, messaging, and market positioning.
Creative Development & Content Production
- Lead the creation and execution of high-impact marketing assets across multiple channels, including: Sales enablement materials, Product brochures, Digital and print advertising, Pack-out documentation, product sheets, Email marketing campaigns, Social media assets, Trade show and event materials, corporate presentations, Video and multimedia content, Website and digital experiences.
- Oversee creative concept development from initial ideation through final production and delivery.
- Capture, edit, and produce high-quality photography and video content to support marketing, product launches, corporate communications, and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure all creative assets meet established quality, brand, and regulatory standards.
- Manage the production of printed marketing and sales materials.
- Experience working with external agencies, contractors, and creative suppliers.
Project & Creative Operations Management
- Lead creative project planning, prioritization, and execution across global marketing initiatives.
- Track project timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Implement and optimize creative workflows, processes, and project management tools to improve productivity and scalability.
- Manage creative requests and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
Digital Content & Website Management
- Support the creation and optimization of landing pages, campaign pages, and digital experiences using HubSpot CMS and related web technologies.
- Maintain brand consistency and user experience across all digital platforms.
Innovation & Emerging Technologies
- Explore and implement innovative creative solutions, including:
- Augmented Reality (AR) experiences
- Interactive content
- 3D visualization and modeling
- Multimedia storytelling
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices to continuously elevate the company's creative capabilities.
Asset & Production Management
- Oversee the organization, maintenance, and governance of digital asset libraries and artwork repositories.
- Ensure creative files, documentation, and production assets are accurately archived, version-controlled, and easily accessible.
- Manage print production requirements and vendor relationships to ensure quality control and cost efficiency.
- Support new product launches and corporate initiatives through effective coordination of creative production activities.
Systems Administration
- Administer and support creative and marketing workflow systems, including:
- Jira
- Synergy
- HubSpot CMS
- Digital Asset Management platforms
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology and automation to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
Experience
- 5–8+ years of progressive experience in graphic design, creative services, marketing communications, or related fields.
- 2+ years of experience leading agencies or cross-functional creative projects.
- Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Other Requirements (License, Permit, Certification, Travel, Physical etc.):
- Occasional domestic and international travel required to support trade shows, customer meetings and other business activities. Estimated travel is up to 25%, based on business needs.
