Senior Technical Program Manager
Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
Overview:
Oracle is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives supporting Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). You'll partner with engineering, product, and business teams to deliver large technical programs from planning through execution while managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.
This is a highly collaborative role that requires someone who understands software development and cloud technologies but enjoys driving programs rather than writing code.
Responsibilities:
- Lead large technical programs across multiple engineering teams
- Drive project planning, execution, milestones, and delivery
- Manage risks, dependencies, priorities, and resource planning
- Partner with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to keep projects on track
- Coordinate incident response and help drive technical issue resolution when needed
- Improve processes, automate workflows, and implement best practices
- Provide regular status updates and executive-level communication
- Support Agile development processes and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of Technical Program Management experience leading enterprise software or cloud infrastructure projects
- Experience managing complex cross-functional programs from planning through delivery
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/SAFe)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Experience:
- Enterprise cloud platforms (OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- SaaS or distributed systems
- Data analysis and reporting
- Budget or financial planning
- PMP, Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications
