Nalco Water, an Ecolab Company, has an immediate need for a Finance Administrative Specialist in our Finance Commercial Execution Team located in Naperville, IL. This position operates under the direct supervision of the Finance Administrator Supervisor within a very fast paced environment. What You Will Do:
You will be primarily responsible for providing exceptional administrative & financial support for our sales field in North America and Canada, while collaborating with our internal departments. This position is a complex task-based job, requiring problem solving, multi-tasking, and strong organizational skills. The role will also require you to exercise judgment by making key decisions using resources available.
Main Responsibilities
- Set up Billing Arrangements and Special Pricing following specific guidelines set forth by the business
- Maintain a workload for specific accounts designated by strategic business unit.
- Drive the invoicing process by communicating with all parties when information is needed (i.e. Billing Arrangement numbers, start & end dates, invoice and billing adjustment request information, and reference numbers.
- Maintain a team focused environment with a high level of engagement with all members of the Center of Excellence.
- Engage in problem solving by reading and processing requests and interpreting the data to provide appropriate recommendations.
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders within Nalco Water, Sales, Finance, and other internal departments to successfully maintain consistent billings.
- Assist & educate sales reps to stay compliant with corporate policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of successful administrative support or technical sales support experience
- Experience in a fast-paced environment & meeting strict deadlines
- Skilled in providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers
- High computer application literacy (including Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn internal business systems)
- Familiarity and/or experience with SAP and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree
- 4+ years of successful administrative support or technical sales support experience
- History of working in a field that required autonomy and self-motivation
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong work ethic and customer service skills

The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $25/hr USD
