The Role

TailorMed is the
medication success platform removing every barrier across the patient journey, from access and affordability through adherence and ongoing care. Our connected network spans
945+ hospitals,
4,700+ clinics,
3,100+ pharmacies,
100+ life sciences programs with a reach of 75 million patients and has secured more than
$7.4 billion in financial assistance since 2020 tapping into an asset of 6000+ support programs.
As Sourcing Partner, you’ll own the top of the funnel for TailorMed’s hiring in the US — building pipeline for sales, customer success, operations and marketing roles across all levels. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role with a direct line to leadership, where the people you bring in will shape the direction of the company.
You’ll work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to understand exactly what ‘great’ looks like for each role, build targeted sourcing strategies, and consistently deliver qualified, engaged candidates into the pipeline..
What You’ll Do
- Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies for GTM and Ops roles
- Identify and engage passive candidates in order to impact top of funnel and candidate pipeline
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and what makes each role compelling
- Maintain a strong and organised pipeline in our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and timely communication with candidates
- Contribute to employer branding efforts — helping TailorMed show up in the right communities and in front of the right talent
- Continuously refine sourcing approaches based on data — tracking outreach rates, response rates, and pipeline conversion
- Stay close to the talent market — understanding where great people are, what they care about, and how to reach them
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of sourcing or recruiting experience, with a strong focus on GTM roles (sales, CS, marketing)
- Experience working in digital health B2B SaaS is required. Experiences working for companies in areas such as patient support services, specialty pharmacy, care coordination, or financial assistance platforms is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record of building pipeline for hard-to-fill roles through proactive, creative sourcing
- Strong written communication skills — you write outreach that people actually respond to
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms;
- Data-driven mindset — you track what’s working, iterate quickly, and can speak to your pipeline metrics
- Genuinely curious about people — you enjoy the detective work of finding the right person and making a compelling case for why they should talk to us
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where things change and priorities shift
Why TailorMed
- Work that matters — every hire you make contributes to a platform that helps patients access care they couldn’t otherwise afford
- A talent function that has a real seat at the table — sourcing is treated as a strategic capability, not a support function
- A high-growth environment where your impact is visible and your scope can grow with you
- A team that is ambitious, collaborative, and genuinely invested in doing things well
- Competitive compensation, benefits, and the flexibility of a fully remote role
We’re not looking for people who want a job. We’re looking for the ones who can’t help but build. If you’re energised by the challenge of finding exceptional people and motivated by work that has real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
