Responsibilities
- Provide school-based mental health and case management services
- Support students through individual and collaborative interventions
- Partner with school staff, families, and community resources
- Maintain timely documentation and student records
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and planning
Qualifications
- Active California LCSW or LMFT license
- Experience working with adolescents preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
