Office Manager – Hollywood, FL (Direct Hire)
RPh on the Go is seeking an Office Manager for a full-time opportunity in Hollywood, FL.
This is a great role for someone with 2–4 years of administrative or office support experience who is organized, dependable, and comfortable handling day-to-day office responsibilities.
Schedule:
- Full-Time (Monday - Friday)
- Direct Hire
Job Duties:
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support daily office operations
- Assist with accounts payable functions including invoice processing and payment tracking
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications including Word and Excel
- Maintain organized files, records, and office documentation
- Communicate professionally with internal staff, vendors, and external contacts
- Support office workflow and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Assist with additional office management responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience
- Accounts payable or invoice processing experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and able to work in a fast-paced office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
