Responsibilities
- Support students with behavioral and communication goals
- Implement individualized behavior plans
- Work closely with classroom staff and special education teams
- Monitor student progress and maintain documentation
- Participate in team collaboration as needed
Qualifications
- RBT certification preferred
- Experience in a school or ABA setting preferred
- Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs
