The Learning Systems & Content Specialist serves as the primary owner and administrator of Inmar's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring the platform delivers an engaging, organized, and impactful learning experience for associates.
Working closely with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts, this individual will manage learning requests, administer the LMS, curate enterprise learning content, build learning paths, and continuously improve how learning is organized and delivered across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities
Learning Systems Administration
Serve as the primary administrator and day-to-day owner of Inmar's Learning Management System (LMS).
Manage incoming requests for new learning content, course updates, and learning initiatives.
Configure and maintain courses, learning paths, curricula, certifications, enrollments, learner groups, and reporting.
Manage LMS permissions, catalogs, metadata, and system settings to ensure an intuitive learner experience.
Monitor LMS performance, troubleshoot issues, and partner with system vendors as needed.
Produce reports and dashboards to measure learner engagement, completion rates, and program effectiveness.
Recommend enhancements to LMS functionality and identify opportunities to improve the learner experience.
Learning Content & Management
Curate, organize, and maintain enterprise learning content to ensure associates have access to relevant, accurate, and engaging learning resources.
Partner with subject matter experts and content owners to collect, organize, and maintain learning materials.
Build and maintain role-based learning paths, curricula, certifications, and recommended learning journeys that support onboarding, professional development, compliance, and internal mobility.
Develop processes to regularly review, update, archive, and retire learning content to keep the LMS current, organized, and easy to navigate.
Maintain content version control and ensure learning materials meet quality, accessibility, and branding standards.
Support the creation or enhancement of digital learning materials, job aids, and learning resources as needed.
Partnership & Continuous Improvement
Partner with HR, business leaders, and subject matter experts to understand learning needs and recommend solutions.
Help drive adoption and engagement of the LMS by promoting best practices and creating a positive learner experience.
Develop standards and processes that improve how learning content is organized, maintained, and delivered across the organization.
Identify opportunities to improve learning processes, content organization, and system capabilities.
Support the rollout of enterprise learning initiatives and organizational change efforts.
Stay current on learning technologies, LMS trends, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience supporting enterprise learning, Learning Management Systems (LMS), learning technologies, or talent development.
Experience implementing, optimizing, or administering a Learning Management System (LMS), including learning content management, learning paths, and course organization.
Experience managing digital learning content, maintaining course catalogs, and organizing learning resources within an LMS.
Experience supporting learning content curation, curriculum management, and learning path development.
Experience partnering with business leaders, HR teams, and subject matter experts to deliver learning solutions.
Strong organizational, analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Experience creating learning analytics, dashboards, and reporting is a plus.
Familiarity with Articulate Storyline, Rise, Camtasia, or similar eLearning authoring tools is a plus.
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, such as ADDIE or SAM, is a plus.
