Description:
Independently leads core compensation analysis and market benchmarking activities to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant pay practices. This role partners with the Total Rewards team, HR and business partners to provide data-driven salary analysis and recommendations, compensation processes and may own a small client group. This role will contribute to compensation programs such as annual planning cycles, will own market data management, and will be responsible for providing analytical insights, create dashboards through available technology and other analytic platforms.
Essential Functions:
- Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, FLSA classification reviews, and internal equity analyses independently. Supports the preparation of salary recommendations using established tools, market data, and internal guidelines.
- Lead annual compensation survey participation, including job matching, data validation, and submission. Analyze survey results and integrate market data into compensation tools to support benchmarking and pay program decisions.
- Perform compensation analyses, including review of pay data, identify trends, and perform ad hoc analyses. Prepare reports and summaries for Compensation and HR stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Visier and AI-enabled tools to surface key insights, trends, and decision-support metrics.
- Lead assigned workstreams for the annual compensation cycle, including data validation, modeling, reporting, issue resolution, and recommendation development.
- Participate in and contribute to compensation initiatives such as job architecture, leveling, salary structure design and maintenance and tool enhancements.
- Partner with HR to provide guidance on compensation matters and inquiries, interpret analytics, explaining standard processes, and support informed decision-making.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Support a small client group with day to day inquiries and compensation guidance/requests.
- Support Total Rewards team with data management and other tasks as assigned.
- Assist in maintaining compensation systems and documentation.
- Participate in training and development to build compensation knowledge to HR and business leaders.
- Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field required
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience performing quantitative and analytical work, including data analysis, modeling, and developing actionable recommendations, with at least 3 years of compensation experience that includes market pricing, job evaluation, compensation survey participation, salary structure development and administration, and compensation program support.
Specialized Knowledge:
- Familiarity with HR systems (Oracle or any other system), market pricing and job description management software and analytical tools.
Licenses:
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred but not required, but interest in pursuing preferred.
The base salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $115,000 per hour. In addition, Amneal offers a short-term incentive opportunity, such as a bonus or performance-based award, with this position within the first 12 months. Amneal ranges reflect the Company’s good faith estimate of what Amneal reasonably believes that it will pay for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors, including but not limited to, qualifications, experience, geographic location and other relevant skills.
