Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Position Overview
The BCBA will support students across grades K–8 by implementing evidence-based behavioral interventions that promote positive behavior, academic success, and social-emotional growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to implement effective behavioral strategies
- Monitor, collect, and analyze data to evaluate student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Provide training and ongoing support to staff on behavior management and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) practices
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and district regulations
Qualifications
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with school-aged children (K–8), preferably in an educational setting
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet established deadlines
- Knowledge of special education laws, ethical standards, and best practices
