We're hiring a Sales Account Executive to join our Pharmacy Staffing team, partnering with healthcare facilities nationwide to solve critical staffing challenges. This is a sales-first, full-desk staffing role where you'll generate new business, manage client relationships, source and place pharmacy professionals, and build your own book of business.
Please Note: This is not a corporate Talent Acquisition, HR, Recruiting Operations, Recruiting Coordinator, or Recruiting Analyst position. We're seeking professionals with a strong sales mindset who thrive in business development, client management, and closing deals in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new business through outbound calling, networking, and relationship building
- Build and manage long-term partnerships with healthcare facilities nationwide
- Source and place pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other pharmacy professionals
- Negotiate offers and successfully close placements
- Manage your pipeline from prospecting through placement
- Consistently achieve activity, revenue, and placement goals
- Partner with onboarding and compliance teams to ensure successful candidate starts
