What You'll Do
Prospect and develop new business opportunities
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer challenges and goals
Demonstrate Paladin's software solutions to prospective customers
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales cycle
Negotiate and close new business
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking
What We're Looking For
2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of success
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confidence conducting phone and virtual sales presentations
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Experience using CRM systems
Technology, software, or retail industry experience is a plus
