Overview
Qualified candidate(s) will join the Care Technician in handling calls from patients and submitting orders for replacement equipment. Calls must be accurately logged, and data must be precisely entered using prescribed tools and processes.
This role involves both incoming and outgoing calls, and proper handling of patient information is critical. Training and phone mentoring will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing patient calls
- Submit orders for replacement equipment
- Accurately log calls and enter data into systems
- Follow prescribed tools, processes, and compliance guidelines
- Provide technical troubleshooting support
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of patient information
- Balance phone interactions with real-time documentation and system navigation

Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish) – preferred but not required
- Medical background – preferred, but not mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree – preferred
- 1–2 years of experience
- OR Associate’s degree with 3–5 years of experience
- OR operational support background (sales/technical support) in lieu of medical experience

- Supporting the CardioMEMS group
- Technical support role within a patient call center environment
- Full training will be provided
