? Compensation & Perks

Base: $130,000 – $145,000 / year + shift differential for night shift
Monthly Production Incentives: Earn extra each month based on personal and company production goals.

? Job Duties & Environment

The Role: Sit at a designated desk to accurately review and fill prescriptions for high-demand GLP-1 compounding medications.
The Environment: Zero patient interaction. You will be working inside an impressive, modern facility with a collaborative team.

? Requirements & Qualifications

Experience Level: None required! We are fully open to onboarding enthusiastic New Graduates.
The Reality Check: While no formal compounding experience is required, this is a high-volume environment. Candidates who struggle with fast-paced production tend to find the role challenging. If you have stamina, focus, and thrive in a high-volume workflow, you will absolutely excel here.
