Bachelor's degree from an ASHA-accredited university, active Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) license and minimum 1+ years speech-language pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join a supportive school district near Temple, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals while making a meaningful impact on students’ communication development and success.

Responsibilities
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist
- Implement treatment plans and document student progress
- Support students with communication, articulation, language, and social skills goals
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and assist with therapy preparation and materials
Qualifications
- Active Texas SLPA license required
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passion for working with children and supporting student growth
