About The Role
This virtual School Psychologist position supports K–12 students across Tennessee through remote, school-based psychological services. The role focuses on psychoeducational evaluations, eligibility determinations, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to support student services and special education compliance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and re-evaluations for K–12 students
- Prepare comprehensive evaluation reports and eligibility documentation
- Participate in virtual eligibility meetings, IEP meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and related service providers
- Support data-driven decision-making and special education compliance efforts
- Maintain accurate records and assessment documentation in accordance with district guidelines
Requirements
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in School Psychology
- Active Tennessee School Psychologist certification/license
- School-based experience preferred
- Strong understanding of evaluations, eligibility procedures, and special education compliance
- Experience providing services in a virtual or remote setting preferred
- Teaching certification may be required depending on district.
