advancing the power of diagnostics for a healthier future for all. Join our mission as our next Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Informatics – North America. The Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Informatics – North America is for shaping and executing the regional commercialization strategy for QuidelOrtho’s informatics portfolio while expanding the company’s presence across the broader digital health ecosystem.
This role translates the Global Customer Informatics strategy into North America specific market development plans, sales enablement, launch execution, and customer adoption programs.
In addition, the role identified and evaluates new digital health opportunities local to the North America market including partnerships, collaborations, consulting services, and adjacent solution spaces that enhance customer value and accelerate growth.
This leader partners closely with the Global Informatics Business Unit to activate positioning, messaging, proof points, and launch plans while bringing forward North America-specific insights, competitive intelligence and campaigns. Additionally, the leader partners with Global Corporate Strategy to expand the digital solutions for North America.
The Responsibilities
- Lead development and execution of the North America marketing strategy for Informatics solutions aligned to global portfolio strategy and regional commercial priorities
- Translate global product strategies, positioning, and launch plans into North America-specific market development, segmentation, messaging, and sales enablement plans
- Evaluate digital health services and solutions that expand the current informatics product portfolio specific to the North American market
- Present business cases for investment in the digital health services and solutions space
- Lead launch planning and execution for Informatics and digital health products, features, and upgrades, including field readiness, training, customer targeting, and adoption tracking
- Develop a clear North America value proposition for Informatics solutions and digital health portfolio, including how they support lab efficiency, workflow optimization, data visibility, clinical decision-making, and customer retention
- Create high-impact sales tools, messaging, training materials, and customer-facing content to support commercial execution
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Service, Product Management, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive commercialization success
- Monitor Informatics portfolio performance including adoption, utilization, customer feedback, revenue contribution, and competitive positioning
- Collaborate with sales and service leadership to ensure field teams understand how to position Informatics as part of a broader QuidelOrtho value proposition
- Support development of customer reference sites, case studies, peer-to-peer programs, webinars, conference messaging, and thought leadership content

The Individual
Required
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Informatics, or related field
- Experience: Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 5 years experience; or equivalent experience
- Experience commercializing products or solutions in a regulated healthcare or diagnostics environment
- Strong understanding of healthcare and laboratory customer workflows and market dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to develop marketing strategies, positioning, launch plans, segmentation, and sales enablement tools
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with ability to translate complex technical capabilities into clear customer value
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed organization
- Strong business acumen and ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Travel: Must be willing to travel up to 20% overnight

The Work Environment
Typical remote office environment. Must have the discipline, organization skills and self-motivation to work autonomously in a home office environment.
The Physical Demands
Must be physically able to travel up to 20%. No strenuous physical activity, though occasional light lifting of files and related materials (up to 10 lbs.) is required. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. Frequently required to stand, walk, and sit. Occasionally required to reach, climb or balance. On a typical day, 80% of time is spent at the desk, on the phone, or working at the computer; 20% in meetings or interacting with team members.
Salary Transparency
The salary range for this position takes into account a wide range of factors including education, experience, knowledge, skills, geography, and abilities of the candidate, in addition to internal equity and alignment with market data. At QuidelOrtho, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on that facts and circumstances of each case. The salary range for this position is $135,371 USD to $175,982 USD and is bonus eligible. QuidelOrtho offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with a 401(k) plan, employee assistance program, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, paid time off (including sick time) and paid Holidays. All benefits are non-contractual, and QuidelOrtho may amend, terminate, or enhance the benefits provided, as it deems appropriate.
