Sales Coordinators offer reliable support and collaboration for 3-4 different sales reps within assigned territories, and help to improve efficiency of the territory as sales volumes increase. Each Sales Coordinator also assists in analyzing and resolving challenges that may arise within the territory with both customers and sales reps.
Responsibilities

- Serve as the main contact for a team of approximately 8 Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) across North America.
- Create and manage the team’s quotes, proposals, pricing sheets, reports, and contracts.
- Coordinate communication and data-sharing between Sales, Marketing, Project Management, and Customer Service. This includes updating regional maps of Field Service Engineers and equipment.
- Serve as an administrator for the proposal creation platform, PandaDoc.
- Point of contact for updating templates/content and answering questions from Regional Sales Directors and Inside Sales.
- Maintain and update CRM (Salesforce) and pipeline data to support accurate forecasting and reporting for the reps and VP of Sales.
- Generate and automate reports using tools like Salesforce, Excel, SAP, and Power Query. Such reports may include active equipment, open opportunities, closed deals, etc.
- Manage onboarding and training logistics for new Regional Sales Directors:
- Create and provide them with their territory information.
- Create meetings for RSDs to review products and training with the Sales Consultants.
- Ensure they are added to the appropriate channels and teams, along with training websites and other systems as needed.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements across teams.
- Support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data insights and slide creation.
- Manage and answer incoming Requests for Proposal (RFPs), assigning them appropriately to the right team to answer. Update internal RFP database on a quarterly basis.
- Maintain internal documents and team resources (territory maps, scope sheets, presentations, etc.) to ensure version control and consistency.
- Estimate service contract renewals for the Inside Sales team.
- Schedule and run internal meetings to review particular deals as needed (i.e. Risk Reviews, Estimate Reviews).
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Application Requirements
What you need to succeed
- High School Diploma or Associates Degree.
- 0-3 years’ experience in sales support.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems.
- Ability to utilize Internet search and reporting functions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be PC literate, working knowledge of Microsoft tools: Office, Word, Excel.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal for the phone are required.
- Ability to listen carefully to customers and team members to understand their needs and concerns in order to resolve challenges as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented, with a desire to learn and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and in collaboration with others.
- Outbound client contact skills.
Desirable, but not Essential:
Compensation: Salary range for this position is $64,000 - $68,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience and skillset. We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical / dental / vision insurance, tuition reimbursement, disability, 401k matching (up to 8%).
