We're hiring an Account Executive to join our pharmacy staffing team, partnering with healthcare facilities nationwide to connect pharmacy professionals with critical staffing opportunities.
This role is ideal for individuals with KPI-driven sales experience who want hands-on development, consistent coaching, and a clear path to growth through performance—all while helping healthcare organizations maintain quality patient care through effective staffing solutions.

What You'll Do
- Develop and grow relationships with healthcare facilities, pharmacies, and healthcare organizations nationwide
- Prospect, cold call, and generate new business opportunities to expand your client portfolio
- Manage active job openings and candidate pipelines from day one
- Source, screen, and engage pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and other pharmacy professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities
- Match qualified candidates with client needs while maintaining urgency and accuracy
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful placements
- Drive activity metrics, revenue goals, and placement targets in a fast-paced sales environment
- Partner with onboarding, compliance, and credentialing teams to ensure smooth candidate starts
- Maintain accurate client and candidate records within internal systems
