Job Responsibilities:
The Client Service Specialist provides service to existing Wealth Management clients, as well as assists advisors with appointment preparation, and develops new business leads and cases from existing client base.
Develops new leads for the existing financial advisors of the team through phone and email.
Provides administrative assistance to the Wealth Management Financial Advisors.
Fields calls from existing and prospective clients for basic inquiries regarding their accounts and products held with LSB Financial Wealth Management.
Offers day-to-day service to clients and facilitates the completion of tasks necessary to administer their accounts such as; trades, simple distributions, simple contributions, etc.
Answers client questions regarding their accounts.
Successfully uncovers additional opportunities and cross-sells products to existing clients.
Phone-based sales to help general leads for Financial Advisors.
Helps advisors with appointment preparation including; reviewing notes from previous meetings, preparing client appointment agendas, preparing portfolio review and proposal reports, preparing product quotes and illustrations for advisors.
Assists advisors with maintenance of customer data base and client management software as well as any necessary after appointment work.
Works towards obtaining licensing, within a defined timeline, to create opportunity as a Financial Advisor.
Complies with internal controls, operational procedures and risk management policies.
Represents Lincoln Savings Bank in a professional and positive manner in all duties, including active participation in civic, community, and networking events to foster strong relationships and enhance the Bank’s community presence.
Performs Additional Duties And Responsibilities As Assigned By Management.
Position may require occasional company-related travel; a valid driver’s license is required.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
1-3 Years Investment Banking Experience Preferred
In depth knowledge base of products and services as they relate to the investment business
Multi-tasking ability and attention to detail
Ability to obtain securities and be in good standing with FINRA and the SEC
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
