Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
Exciting opportunities are available for experienced and dedicated School Psychologists seeking a contract role for the 2026-27 school year near Bridgeport, CT. This position is open to full-time candidates (32.5 hours per week) but can accommodate part-time schedules as well. In-person work is required, though hybrid arrangements are now possible for qualified applicants.
Your primary responsibility will be conducting evaluations on a regular basis, so comfort and confidence with this process is essential. The role requires Connecticut certification; however, candidates in the process of obtaining their certification are encouraged to apply and will be considered for interviews. Bilingual School Psychologists are especially encouraged, with additional compensation available.
Key Qualifications
- Connecticut certification in School Psychology (pending certification considered)
- Experience in performing comprehensive psychological and psychoeducational evaluations
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct timely and thorough psychological assessments and evaluations for students
- Provide consultation and support to teachers, staff, and families on student learning and behavior

- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary discussions
- Maintain accurate and confidential student records
