What You’ll Do
As a PRN Pharmacist, your environment changes, but your commitment to exceptional patient care remains constant. Core responsibilities include:
Dispense & Verify: Accurately review, verify, and dispense prescription medications across various pharmacy systems.
Patient Consultation: Provide clear, empathetic counseling on drug interactions, side effects, and dosage compliance.
Workflow Leadership: Supervise and collaborate closely with pharmacy technicians to maintain safe, efficient operations.
Adapt Seamlessly: Quickly adjust to different pharmacy layouts, workflows, and local team dynamics.
Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to federal and California state pharmacy laws and safety regulations.

What We’re Looking For
Education: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
Licensure: Active, unrestricted California Pharmacist License in good standing.
Experience: Prior experience in retail, outpatient clinic, or independent pharmacy settings is preferred.
Skills: Strong clinical judgment, outstanding communication, and the adaptability to hit the ground running in unfamiliar pharmacy environments.
