School Psychologist – Travel Position

Qualifications
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in School Psychology required
- Valid Texas School Psychologist certification or eligibility required
- Strong knowledge of special education laws, psychological testing, and intervention strategies
- Experience working in a school setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse student populations, staff, and parents
Pay: $45+ per hour, based on experience
Position Details

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate student learning and behavioral needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
- Provide direct counseling and intervention services for students with emotional and behavioral challenges
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to implement evidence-based interventions and strategies
- Support crisis intervention and school-wide behavioral initiatives
- Provide professional development and training related to social-emotional learning, behavior management, and mental health
- Consult with parents and guardians regarding student support strategies
- Assist in fostering a positive and inclusive school environment
