Compensation: $60,000 per year + $12,000 bonus + competitive commission

As part of our growing specialty pharmaceutical portfolio, Medivant is expanding its Testosterone Therapy product line to serve healthcare providers and patients across the United States.
Position Summary
The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and driving sales of Medivant's Testosterone Therapy products within assigned territories. This role focuses on building strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets through effective territory management and customer engagement.
The ideal candidate will have pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to build customer relationships and deliver measurable sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Testosterone Therapy products to physicians, clinics, specialty practices, and healthcare providers.
Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and prescribers.
Conduct product presentations and educational meetings to increase product awareness and utilization.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives within assigned territories.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline updates within CRM systems.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support business growth.
Collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure all sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies and applicable healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical device, or B2B sales experience.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to travel frequently within assigned territories.
Preferred
Experience promoting Testosterone Therapy, Men's Health, Urology, Endocrinology, or related specialty pharmaceutical products.
Established relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers.
Experience working within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment.
