Key Missions
The Talent Sourcing Specialist is responsible for the internal active sourcing at Eurofins for the searches s/he has been assigned to. S/he is responsible for
- Manage search process
- Generate candidate pipeline leveraging existing resources (e.g. Eurofins ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter suite, social media, databases and any other open sources) and pro-actively identify new ones
- Approach, engage & pre-screen candidates
- Deliver profiles ready for interviews
- Conduct market searches & mapping
- Maintain data quality and accuracy on the company’s internal database
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
- One to two years of talent sourcing experience from an executive search firm or corporate environment
- Know-how and mastery of direct sourcing tools
- Proven record of personal responsibility, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to details
- Excellent interpersonal skills and high level of emotional intelligence, with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships with colleagues and candidates
- Fluent in English
