About The Role
Seeking a highly self-driven and versatile Marketing Content & Product Communications Manager (Contractor) to support strategic initiatives across branding, product communications, and go-to-market execution. This role is ideal for a hybrid writer–strategist–presenter who can take existing assets and elevate them into compelling, polished, and impactful content. You will work independently to drive projects end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders while owning deliverables with minimal oversight.
Content Development
- Rewrite and improve existing marketing and product-related materials.
- Create professional PowerPoint presentations for leadership and business stakeholders.
- Convert complex product information into clear, customer-friendly messaging.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all content.
Branding and Rebranding
- Support branding and rebranding initiatives.
- Update older materials to align with current brand standards.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and visual identity.
Product Communications
- Develop sales presentations, value propositions, brochures, one-pagers, website content, and other marketing materials.
- Support product launches and commercialization efforts.
- Create content that helps customers and sales teams understand product benefits and value.
Project Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product, sales, and leadership.
- Deliver projects on time while maintaining high-quality standards.
Design And Visual Storytelling (Preferred)
- Improve the visual appeal of presentations and marketing materials.
- Apply storytelling techniques through design and layout.
- Support content with basic design enhancements when needed.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in marketing, product marketing, product management, or a related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Health Sciences, or a related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, life sciences, or digital health.
- Product management experience.
- Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator.
- Experience using Veeva or similar content management platforms.
