Position Summary
Medivant Healthcare is seeking a results-driven Sales Team Lead to support the growth of the Avastin portfolio. This is a dual-responsibility role requiring both sales and leadership capabilities. The individual will manage key customer accounts while leading, mentoring, and driving the performance of the sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Account Management
- Manage and grow key accounts within hospitals, oncology centers, and healthcare networks.
- Develop new business opportunities and strengthen existing customer relationships.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Oversee lead generation, lead assignment, and account management activities.
Team Leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Representatives.
- Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, training sessions, and team meetings.
- Support hiring, onboarding, and development of team members.
Operations & Reporting
- Provide daily activity and analytical reports to leadership.
- Track sales performance, pipeline activity, and target achievement.
- Manage PTO requests, attendance, and team schedules.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and sales reports.
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and healthcare industry regulations.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 5+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical sales experience.
- 2+ years of leadership or team management experience.
- Proven success in account management and achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and CRM management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in oncology, biologics, biosimilars, or specialty pharmaceutical sales.
- Familiarity with Avastin (Bevacizumab) and oncology treatment environments.
