Role Description
This is a contract, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner located in Oshkosh, WI. The Talent Acquisition Business Partner will work closely with hiring managers to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and providing strategic consultation to hiring teams. The role also involves maintaining compliance with hiring policies and contributing to employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and candidate sourcing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and potential candidates effectively.
- Knowledge of recruiting tools and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networks like LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring high-quality results.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess talent needs and develop data-driven hiring solutions.
- Experience in driving diversity and inclusion initiatives is a plus.
- Comprehensive understanding of employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
